30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid Axity AI subscriptions (Creator and Studio). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle invoice.
  2. Open the relevant order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support flow and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your plan switches to Free and premium features become unavailable. Renewal charges can be refunded under the same 30-day window if you contact us promptly after the renewal.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated refund requests following heavy use of the service, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

Statutory rights

This refund policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
